Coconuts in Earth

After harvesting coconuts from a fourth generation rainforest farm, coconuts are being dried for transport from the forest to a village where they will be trucked for processing into soap and oils.  The drying process occurs by burning the shells of discarded coconut in a dug out earthen-clay oven. Smoke and heat wafts to a large tray of the freshly harvested nuts. Sizes: 8x10, 11x14
