Willow Roots, Strawberry Creek Bob Marshall Wilderness Area

We stopped near a small stream several days in from backpacking in the Bob Marshall Wilderness Area. Bushwhacking through willows, we wandered the banks of strawberry creek. We studied a fresh wolf track in the mud. The sun came out. Willow branches danced in the small creek. This is a slow exposure of the image, made as patterns and current move willow roots moving around the small streambed, trying to find a hold. Sizes: 8x10, 11x14, 12x18, 17x24
