Jambu Batu Fruit

Another day, back in the Crocker Range, this boy is harvesting small Jambu Batu, or grava ((psidium guajava). Indigenous to the tropical Americas, this is one fruit that has made its way through domestication. This particular tree was most likely brought to this forest community through the trade of forest products.
